This personal data protection charter aims to inform you about how EVAZION, as the data controller, collects, uses, and shares certain personal data you provide when making a reservation for a stay or getaway developed by “Les Voyages d’Ysis”, or when subscribing to the electronic newsletter from Les Voyages d’Ysis.

By providing us with your personal data, you authorize us to use and retain it when necessary to process your request. By providing your personal data, you accept this Charter.

1.1 Personal data concerning you:

The mandatory information we are required to request (such as your name, surname, postal and email address, phone number) is used to process and fulfill your order, as well as to manage our commercial relationships related to your order or subscription to our electronic newsletter.

1.2 Personal data of third-party participants:

As part of your reservation, we may ask you to provide information about third-party participants, including those you represent (such as name, surname, date of birth).

In this case, the data of other individuals provided will only be used by EVAZION to process the booking request.

You guarantee that you have obtained the consent of the travelers whose data you provide and that you hold parental authority if the traveler is under the age of 16.

1.3 Data concerning minors:

EVAZION does not collect or process data related to children under the age of 16 without prior consent from the parents or guardians of the child.

1.4 Sensitive data:

When making a reservation for a stay or getaway, you may be required to provide sensitive data, such as health data (e.g., allergies), only if you choose to disclose them. In such cases, these data are collected solely for the purpose of organizing the trip and will not be used for any other purpose.

ARTICLE 2 – HOW YOUR DATA IS COLLECTED

You may provide us with your data through various means, including when you make a reservation on the www.lesvoyagesdysis.fr website, by phone, or in person at the agency, or when you post comments on our social media pages.

The website www.lesvoyagesdysis.fr offers a free subscription service to its electronic newsletter. As a subscriber, the newsletter is sent to you via email on a monthly basis. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to stephane@evazion.biz or by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

ARTICLE 3 – PURPOSES FOR WHICH YOUR DATA IS COLLECTED

We process your data primarily for the following purposes:

•The execution of your travel booking;

•Sending electronic newsletters.

ARTICLE 6 – WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA

To fulfill the purposes mentioned in Article 3, the information you provide may be stored, processed, and shared with:

•Our suppliers (such as airlines, tourism providers, insurance companies, etc.) to process your order;

These third-party partners are committed to complying with all applicable privacy laws and ensuring that your personal data is protected to the same level of security as EVAZION provides.

Your data may be transferred to a country outside the European Union for the purposes mentioned in Article 3. EVAZION ensures that your data benefits from an adequate level of protection in compliance with applicable regulations, including through the use of standard contractual clauses of the European Commission if your data is processed by a partner established in a country not deemed by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection.

ARTICLE 7 – PROTECTION OF YOUR BANKING INFORMATION

When you are required to enter “sensitive” information (such as your credit card number) when making a booking, this information is encrypted using SSL protocol with STRIPE certification. During any secure communication, an icon representing a padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser, and you will also see ‘https://’ (for ‘secure http’) in the header of the page’s internet address.

ARTICLE 8 – NAVIGATION DATA AND COOKIES

8.1 Navigation data:

No navigation data attached to your device is collected by us during your access to and use of our services.

8.2 Cookies:

A cookie is a text file that may be saved, subject to your consent, in a dedicated space on your device’s hard drive during the consultation of a service.

EVAZION does not use cookies.
